Job summary

Haday Flavouring is seeking a capable B2B sales professional to develop and maintain distributor networks in Johor and southern Malaysia, expanding market share for its condiments and seasoning products.

You will manage negotiations, quotations, and contracts with distributors and key accounts, tracking market trends and regulatory updates, including halal certification and labeling requirements. Frequent travel across Johor and other southern states is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, International Trade or Food Science.
• 3+ years B2B sales experience in food/seasoning/FMCG.
• Familiar with the Malaysia F&B market, modern trade structure and halal certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B channel resources in Johor and southern Malaysia to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and manage the local distributor network: partner selection, target setting, pricing and credit term management.
• Track market trends, competitor dynamics and regulatory updates (halal certification, Food Act labelling requirements), and report to headquarters regularly.
• Execute brand promotion and new product launches across B2B channels.
• Handle customer negotiation, quotation, contract signing and after-sales follow-up; resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor sales data and accounts receivable; report business risks and channel status regularly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above; Marketing, International Trade or Food Science major preferred.
• 3+ years B2B sales experience in food/seasoning/FMCG; distributor management experience and local customer resources highly preferred.
• Familiar with the Malaysia F&B market, modern trade structure and halal certification requirements.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Execution-oriented, adaptable to frequent travel (Johor, Melaka, KL, etc.); able to work independently toward sales targets
