Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking entry-level staff to greet customers, take orders, and help ensure smooth operations at the KLCC outlet. Fresh graduates are welcome with a minimum qualification of SPM or higher.

You will work with supervisors to maintain high service standards, manage mise-en-place, support sales targets, and uphold safety and quality SOPs. Training and career growth opportunities are provided in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, and attend to their orders and requests promptly while practising suggestive selling and complimentary closing.
• Prepare daily mise-en-place and help manage glassware and crockery to minimise breakages and losses.
• Work closely with the Supervisor and team to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure the QSC exercise is completed within the required period and corrective actions are completed by the deadline.
• Follow service procedures to maintain customer satisfaction and support smooth outlet operations.
• Assist the Supervisor in achieving sales targets and maintaining zero tolerance for variances and pilferage.
• Ensure front-end equipment is maintained in good working condition and complies with safety standards.
• Provide feedback on operational issues and follow up until corrective actions are completed.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels, product mix, and product quality.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
