Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking entry‑level staff to join our team at the KLCC outlet. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and should have a minimum of SPM or above.

• Complete QSC checks within deadlines and take corrective actions.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and reduce pilferage.

Responsibility

• Meet and greet customers, and attend to their orders and requests promptly while practising suggestive selling and complimentary closing.
• Prepare daily mise-en-place and help manage glassware and crockery to minimise breakages and losses.
• Work closely with the Supervisor and team to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure the QSC exercise is completed within the required period and corrective actions are completed by the deadline.
• Follow service procedures to maintain customer satisfaction and support smooth outlet operations.
• Assist the Supervisor in achieving sales targets and maintaining zero tolerance for variances and pilferage.
• Ensure front-end equipment is maintained in good working condition and complies with safety standards.
• Provide feedback on operational issues and follow up until corrective actions are completed.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels, product mix, and product quality.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
