Job summary

Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Professional to oversee nationwide dealership operations in Malaysia. You will lead dealer visits, analyze performance against KPIs, and drive initiatives to hit monthly and yearly retail targets.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a deep understanding of dealership workflows, and willingness to travel for field activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and identify improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for dealer visits and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nationwide dealership operations.
• Conduct monthly dealer visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and strengthen relationships.
• Perform daily reporting and analysis in line with company KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Achieve monthly and yearly retail sales targets set by the company.
• Drive improvements to meet sales satisfaction index targets.
• Act as the key liaison between Dealers and HQ.
• Systematically monitor all Dealers’ performance on a daily and monthly basis.
• Coach and guide dealership teams on all Sales Operation matters.
• Conduct monthly competitor analysis to identify market trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
