Job summary

HAJRIS HOLDINGS is seeking an Area Manager based in Kuala Lumpur to oversee multiple retail store locations. In this full-time role, you will drive operational excellence, optimize customer service, and lead store leaders to achieve sales and profitability targets.

You will monitor performance data, manage inventory and scheduling, and collaborate with regional and head office teams to implement initiatives. A strong focus on coaching, compliance, and cost control is essential.

About the role
Join the Hajris Group of Companies' team as an Area Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple retail store locations to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail store locations within the consumer products industry.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to drive operational improvements

Proficient in interpreting and acting on performance data to make informed business decisions

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various teams

Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
