Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking a technically inclined professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage telematics activation and system assignation for vehicles and equipment. The role involves guiding branches in SOP implementation, supporting EHS compliance, and coordinating CAPEX-related matters.

The candidate should have a mechanical/automotive background, be open to fresh graduates, and willing to travel to branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant working experience in automotive or commercial vehicle industry are preferred.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry, particularly commercial vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, telematics, and mechanical components is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills to support branch operations.
• Willing to travel to branches when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize NSO meetings with branches, including follow-ups on action items.
• Assist branches in sourcing and purchasing tools and equipment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior or DGM.
