Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Area Network Manager to oversee operations within a specified geographic region and lead a diverse team of drivers, couriers, and support staff.

You will plan routes, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely, accurate parcel deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in business, logistics, or SCM and at least 1 year in logistics, with supervisory experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or related industry; managerial experience desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day courier operations within the designated area.
• Recruit, train, and manage drivers, couriers, and support staff.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time deliveries and costs; take corrective actions as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
