Job summary

Chec Construction (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Architecture Site Supervisor to join our Penang team. In this full-time role, you will lead architectural drafting and technical drawing preparation while supporting on-site coordination and supervision as needed.

Based in Penang, you will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure work complies with plans, specifications and safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture/Building or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision or engineering experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work follows project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment as per project needs.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specs and standards.
• Address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily site reports documenting progress and challenges.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by Management.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture and Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years to 5 years of experience in site supervision or engineering.
• Strong ability to handle pressure, hardworking and reliable.
