Job summary

You will monitor progress against timelines, budgets and quality standards, liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and clients, review drawings for accuracy, and manage project documentation. Site visits and regulatory coordination are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise architectural project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of design solutions.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Liaise between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues.
• Review and verify architectural drawings, specifications and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage project documentation and maintain comprehensive records of all project-related communications and decisions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work aligns with architectural plans and specifications
• Supervise junior architects and architectural staff, providing mentorship and guidance on technical and professional matters.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with building codes and planning regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and project updates for senior management and clients.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
