Job summary

MLDC Berhad in Malaysia seeks a junior architectural assistant to support the design team from concept through to development and tender drawings.

You will assist with CAD drafting and 3D modelling using ArchiCad and Lumion, prepare drawings, specifications and reports, and help organise files and materials throughout the design process.

• Experience assisting a senior architect through the design stages.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architect with all aspects of a project design process, from initial concept design stage to the development of design and tender drawings.
• Support design process using CAD drafting and 3D Modelling, as well as programs such as ArchiCad and Lumion.
• Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications and reports.
• Effectively organise files and materials throughout design processes.
• Perform other related duties from time to time.
