Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking an Architect with a Degree/Master in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years in the architectural industry. The role requires leadership in design and quality control, with advanced skills in SketchUp, Rhino and Revit, plus proficiency in Adobe CC.
The ideal candidate will lead design concepts, coordinate with clients and consultants, review technical details, and ensure compliance with planning guidelines while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Degree or Master in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in architectural industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development & completed projects.
- Experience in design leadership & quality control.
- Familiar with UBBL and planning requirements.
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept design, spatial planning & overall design vision.
- Develop creative design concepts, presentations & 3D models.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants & internal teams.
- Review drawings, materials, façade design & technical details.
- Ensure compliance with authority requirements & planning guidelines.
- Manage design quality, timelines & project deliverables.
- Support construction stage issues and ensure final design intent is achieved.
