Job summary

PERSOL in Malaysia seeks an experienced Architect to lead concept design and spatial planning, developing compelling presentations and 3D models for clients. You will coordinate with consultants and internal teams, review materials and technical details, and ensure adherence to planning guidelines.

The ideal candidate has strong design leadership, 3D rendering skills, and proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the architectural industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development & completed projects.
• Experience in design leadership & quality control.
• Advanced skills in SketchUp / Rhino / Revit.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
• Strong 3D modelling & rendering capability.
• Good understanding of materials, buildability & design detailing.
• Familiar with UBBL and planning requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept design, spatial planning & overall design vision.
• Develop creative design concepts, presentations & 3D models.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & internal teams.
• Review drawings, materials, façade design & technical details.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements & planning guidelines.
• Manage design quality, timelines & project deliverables.
• Support construction stage issues and ensure final design intent is achieved.
