Job summary

Lien Dak Construction Co Sdn Bhd is looking for an Architectural CAD drafter to produce accurate architectural and technical drawings for coordination, submissions, and construction. You will update drawings to reflect project requirements and design changes while ensuring compliance with standards and authority rules.

The role requires deriving drawings from sketches and dimensions, coordinating with project teams, and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of architectural and technical drawings.
• Good rendering skills will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible and resourceful.
• Good discipline, attitude and attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare accurate Architectural CAD and technical drawings for coordination, authority submission and construction.

• Maintain proper drawing records and submission tracking for each project.
• Support the team in ensuring drawings are completed accurately and in accordance with project requirements.
