Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Registered Architect with Board of Architects Malaysia (or equivalent).
• Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience, with at least 1-5 years at managerial/senior level.
• Strong exposure to high-rise residential and commercial development projects.
• Experience in consultancy background is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with structural design coordination and multidisciplinary integration.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale, mixed development projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Manage and coordinate external consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure design intent and compliance with regulations.
• Review, provide input, and resolve design-related issues on architectural and structural matters.

• Lead design meetings, prepare reports, and liaise with stakeholders including project directors and senior management.
• Adapt to changes quickly and implement innovative design solutions aligned with project needs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior architects or team members.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architect (Managerial Level) to join our client development team for an ongoing mixed development project, comprising high-rise residential and commercial components. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of design management, coordination, and project delivery in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation from a consultancy or developer background, with hands-on expertise in high-rise and commercial development as well as solid knowledge in structural design coordination.
