Job summary

Fragomen is hiring for an Accounts Receivable professional to support billing, collections, and reconciliation activities. The role emphasizes protecting receivables integrity, driving process improvements, and guiding junior team members while ensuring adherence to financial controls.

You will analyze ageing reports, coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Business teams, and prepare ageing analyses and status reports. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline required.
• 4+ years in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, customer account reconciliation and cash application processes.
• Experience with month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer ageing and outstanding balances; identify overdue accounts.
• Coordinate collections actions including follow-ups, negotiations, and invoice corrections.
• Resolve disputes with internal stakeholders and ensure timely closure of cases.
• Maintain records of collection activities and dispute outcomes.
• Prepare ageing analyses and collection status reports.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations related to receivables.
