Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an Associate, OTC in Malaysia to support divisions and entities in gaining a deep understanding of regional requirements. The role focuses on AR collection, customer onboarding, and data governance within an SSC environment.

You will liaise with customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely collections and accurate master data, with a strong emphasis on process improvement. Residency in Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Business or Accounting or equivalents.
• 2–3 years of credit experience including all aspects of credit management.
• Knowledge of OTC processes and SSC environment preferred.
• Experience with 3rd party outsource providers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers for prompt collection of due AR balances.
• Coordinate with commercial team to resolve collection issues and on-hold orders.
• Review and approve new customer creation and master data changes.
• Release orders on-hold due to credit limits or overdue AR and review AR aging reports.
• Prepare and submit AR reports and DSO reports to Shared Services Hub.
