Exyte GmbH invites you to apply for the Specialist Finance AR / OTC role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Specialist, Order to Cash (OTC), is part of a team responsible for day-to-day tasks within the OTC function covering Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Cash Application, and Month-End Closing processes.

You will process client invoices, apply payments, manage dunning, and support collections while ensuring compliance with SAP S4 HANA and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years AR or finance operations experience handling multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA.
• Experience in shared services or corporate finance functions is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AR modules, client invoicing, and cash application.

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices, cash application, dunning, and related transactions in SAP S4 HANA.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support collection by coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders on unapplied payment and reconciliation matters.
• Contribute to the efficiency of the OTC process and drive process improvements.
• Prepare AR reports and assist month-end closing activities.
• Provide audit support and documentation during internal and external audits.
• Resolve queries and follow up with local office and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure invoices are dispatched to clients with required supporting documentation.
• Identify and resolve unidentified/unapplied payments and perform necessary journal entries.
