Job summary

Eagle Eye Centre Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finance professional to manage Accounts Receivables and support GL month-end closing under the Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager.

You will post receipts in the Clinic Management System, reconcile payments from hospitals, insurers, TPAs, and individuals, and assist with GST/SST compliance and audit requests.

Diploma in Accountancy and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required, with a meticulous, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences post-degree.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply collection receipts from debtors accurately in the Clinic Management System.
• Reconcile, and ensure completeness of all payment modes of receipt from all debtors and debtor categories.
• Support billing amendments and respond to billing-related enquiries within the Clinic Management System.
• Raise credit notes for billing errors or refunds upon management approval.
• Collaborate closely with the Credit Controller to ensure timely billing, follow-up, and collection.
• Ensure daily Day-End Summary reports submitted by clinics are fully reconciled.
• Prepare and complete Revenue and Receipts schedules, including bank clearing and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and posting journal entries for various accounts.
• GST / SST Compliance filings and audit support.
• Assist with inventory and asset management activities.
• Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the FM, AFM or Finance Business Partner.
