Cytogenomix Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an AR/Accounts position focusing on invoicing, accounts receivable and collections.

You will liaise with doctors, hospitals, clinics, patients and partners to ensure timely payments and accurate records. Generate AR analyses and financial reports while assisting inventories and related payables. Applicants should have a degree in accounting or professional qualification and be proficient in MS Excel and computerized accounting systems.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of accounting standards and practices
• Proficient with MS Excel (intermediate/advanced) and computerized accounting systems

Key responsibilities

Focus on Invoicing, Accounts Receivables (AR) and Collections

Provide good customer service to liaise with Specialists/Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Patients & Partners

Generate meaningful AR Analyses and other Financial Reports

Assist in managing and reviewing inventories

Prepare sales commissions, third parties' fees and other related payables

Maintain records of pricing, sales orders and other forms and documentation related to doctors, hospitals/clinics, patients & partners

Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and Authorities, when instructed

Assist in liaising with external consultants and contractors, where necessary

About you

At least 3 years' experience in similar position

Accounting Degree / Part-or-Full Professional Accounting Qualification

Computer-literate: Computerised Accounting System, MS Excel (Intermediate or Advanced)

Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to work in Penang; 5½ working days per week
