Job summary

Ikonik Eye Specialist & General Health Centre Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking aFinance/Accounts Executive to manage the full AR/AP cycle, maintain financial records, and support operational finance needs in a busy healthcare setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant experience; audit exposure is a plus. You will work standard hours, with Saturdays required and probationary six-day weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy (CGPA 3.0+).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting & finance; fresh graduates with internship exposure encouraged.
• Audit experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to be hands-on in operations, including daily patient transactions.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (full day) as part of commitment in the healthcare sector.
• Willing to work 6 days per week during probation and 5 days per week upon confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AR and AP cycle, including invoices, payments, petty cash, and updating financial records in the SQL system.
• Ensure strong internal controls by verifying documentation, maintaining SOP compliance, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Collaborate across departments, recommend process improvements, and safeguard financial confidentiality.
