• Graduate with 4–6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role.
• Business level proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin (verbal and written) to support the customer base.
• Experience in voice customer contacts and handling customer queries.

Responsabilités

• Leading and supervising the team to achieve performance targets and improve customer experience.
• Handling inbound/outbound calls focused on collections, billing queries, and follow up.
• Building rapport and responding to customers’ inquiries with a can-do attitude.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams, e.g., Billing, to resolve blockers.
