Job summary

DHL Group in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Credit Control professional to manage receivables, reduce overdue accounts and support healthy cash flow through collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key duties include driving DSO improvements, minimizing bad debt, resolving AR issues, providing SOA, following up on payments, and preparing AR reports. Base location is USJ, Selangor; Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years AR experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable; fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Base location: USJ, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in DSO through proactive monitoring and collections.
• Minimise overdue accounts and bad debt exposure.
• Engage customers to resolve AR issues, disputes and delays.
• Provide customers with accurate Statements of Account within the first week.
• Follow up on payments and issue reminder letters per Collection Treatment Plan.
• Prepare AR reports (APMB, AR Meeting, clearing reports) as required.
