Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or OTC.
• Familiarity with receivables and credit control processes; FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Allocate customer payments accurately and investigate invoice discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve customer claims to improve cash collection.
• Assess customer credit risk, monitor credit limits, and manage order release approvals.
• Coordinate billing, payment schedules, and cash flow forecasting activities.
• Support month-end closing, accrual reviews, and receivables monitoring.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain financial controls and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
