Job summary

Global Precision Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage accounts receivable and credit control processes within our finance team. The role involves invoicing, payment application, AR aging, and liaison with internal departments to resolve disputes.

You will monitor credits, support month-end closing, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances while maintaining accurate records and adherence to deadlines. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage invoices across client platforms (government and private hospital portals).
• Receive, verify, and apply customer payments to invoices.
• Send SOA to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate with customers to address delays and clarify discrepancies.
• Maintain AR records, monitor aging, and generate AR summaries.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Hearing Aid and Equipment divisions to coordinate processes.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and oversee credit control activities.
