Job summary
Perpetual Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Credit Control Executive to manage accounts receivable, monitor aging and drive timely collections. You will support cash flow forecasting, prepare AR reports, and ensure policy compliance within a dynamic finance team.
The role requires a diploma/degree in accounting or finance, 1+ year in credit control, and strong Excel skills. Bahasa Malaysia and English are required; Chinese is an advantage for client interactions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit control, AR or collections.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Chinese is a plus for client interactions.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; familiar with ERP or accounting systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Accounts Receivable portfolio.
- Review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly AR reports.
- Support cash flow forecasting and collection trend analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Perform bank reconciliations and data entry in ERP.
