Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Malaysia seeks an experienced Applications Engineer to provide after-sales service support for blind tools, automation systems, and torque tightening tools, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with the sales and projects teams, develop technical specifications, and coordinate with principal units for BOMs and 3D modelling to deliver turnkey solutions across Malaysia/ASEAN.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years in Application engineering, Service/Technical Support, product Management in Tools/Assembly Equipment.
Understanding of Automobile and Industrial OEMs.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia/ASEAN.

Responsibilities

Liaise with sales to provide After Sales Service Support on Blind Tools, Automation & Dc Nutrunner systems.
Coordinate with Projects/Maintenance to align expectations with Stanley's solution approach.
Develop specifications, performance requirements, and technical analyses for customer propositions.
Document jobs with drawings and operating procedures.
Work with system integrators for Jig/Fixtures/PLC integration and Turnkey solutions.
Lead training programs on safe operation and performance demonstrations.
