Job summary

Jtexpress is seeking an IT System Trainer in Kuala Lumpur to deliver system training, support rollouts, and help users adopt internal systems. Fresh graduates with interest in training and learning are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include conducting training, creating materials, collecting feedback, and supporting UAT and post-implementation adoption across teams in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher in any field.
• Basic understanding or interest in system logic, workflows, and user operations.
• Experience in system training, rollout, or operations support is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia for training.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in any field (IT, Business, or related disciplines are an advantage).
• Basic understanding or interest in system logic, workflows, and user operations (technical background is not required).
• Experience in system training, system rollout, operations support, or business process-related tasks is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, stable, and reliable personality, suitable for training and long-term system support work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing training materials, SOPs, and reports.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work with users from different departments and backgrounds.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required for training.
