Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver engaging programmes across Kuala Lumpur. You will assess client needs, tailor content to goals, and facilitate diverse delivery methods including workshops and on-site sessions.

You’ll track progress, maintain records, and build strong client relationships while collaborating with the team to refine materials and stay updated on training trends. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in workplace training and assessment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes that are interactive and results-driven.
• Proficiency in using training technology and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programmes.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating within a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites within Kuala Lumpur.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in training, education, HR or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Malaysian workplace standards and regulations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging and interactive training programmes to diverse groups of participants across the Kuala Lumpur region
• Conduct thorough training needs assessments to understand client requirements and learning objectives
• Design and customize training content to align with client organisational goals and participant skill levels
• Facilitate both classroom-based and alternative delivery methods, including workshops, seminars and on-site training sessions
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback throughout training programmes
• Maintain detailed training records, attendance logs and evaluation reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional training support
• Collaborate with the training team to develop and refine training materials and resources
• Travel to various client sites within the central region as required to deliver training
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workplace training and assessment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in workplace training and assessment, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a related field

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes that are interactive, relevant and results-driven

Proficiency in using training technology and learning management systems

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously

Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment

Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites within the Kuala Lumpur region

Relevant qualifications or certifications in training, education, human resources or a related discipline (preferred)

Knowledge of Malaysian workplace standards and regulations is advantageous
