Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support regional business applications across Asia, including Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania, Japan, Korea and the Middle East. The role requires close collaboration with Hong Kong-based stakeholders and fluent Cantonese and English.

You will provide day-to-day application support, L1 interface monitoring, and hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud support, working with regional IT and business teams to investigate

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to support regional business applications across Asia, including Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania, Japan, Korea and the Middle East.

This role works closely with regional business and IT teams and provides day-to-day application support, interface monitoring and support for business systems.

As the role requires regular communication and coordination with Hong Kong-based stakeholders/users, fluent Cantonese and English communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day application support and Level 1 interface support for regional business applications.

Provide administration and hands-on support for Salesforce Service Cloud.

Monitor system interfaces and troubleshoot application-related incidents.

Support Employee Intranet applications running on Salesforce Service Cloud.

Maintain Salesforce e-forms, workflows, user accounts, user interfaces and security controls.

Gather, validate and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.

Work closely with regional business and IT teams to investigate and resolve application issues.

Support business applications and system integrations involving:

Salesforce Service Cloud

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

Anaplan and other regional business applications

Participate in SIT and UAT for system upgrades, change requests and new projects.

Support Salesforce change requests and system enhancements.

Monitor and coordinate issues involving interfaces between different systems.

Ensure projects and application changes follow appropriate governance, controls and practices.

Support business transitions, system enhancements and change-management activities.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

Fluent Cantonese and English communication skills – required for communication with Hong Kong and regional stakeholders.

At least 3 years of relevant IS/IT experience, including application support.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Good general application support and system interface knowledge.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with users and technical teams in a multicultural environment.

Able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Finance-related knowledge or background will be an added advantage.
