Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support regional business applications across Asia, including Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania, Japan, Korea and the Middle East. The role entails day-to-day support, interface monitoring, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud, D365 F&O, Esker, and related systems, working with Hong Kong stakeholders.

Fluent Cantonese and English for stakeholder communication.
Minimum 3 years IS/IT experience including application support.
Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
Solid knowledge of applications and system interfaces.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Effective communication across multicultural teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day application and Level 1 interface support.
Administer Salesforce Service Cloud and related intranet apps.
Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot incidents.
Support business apps and system integrations (Salesforce, D365 F&O, Esker, Anaplan).
Participate in SIT/UAT for upgrades and projects.
Coordinate with regional teams to resolve issues.
Ensure governance and change controls are followed.
