Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to support regional business applications across Asia, including Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania, Japan, Korea and the Middle East. The role requires close collaboration with Hong Kong-based stakeholders and fluent Cantonese and English.

You will provide day-to-day application support, L1 interface monitoring, and hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud support, working with regional IT and business teams to investigate

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese and English communication required.
• At least 3 years of IS/IT experience, including application support.
• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Good general application support and system interface knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and Level 1 interface support for regional business applications.
• Provide admin and hands-on support for Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Monitor system interfaces and troubleshoot incidents.
• Support Employee Intranet applications running on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Maintain Salesforce e-forms, workflows, user accounts and security controls.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Work with regional IT teams to resolve application issues.
• Support interfaces between systems and coordinate changes.
