Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an experienced Application Managed Service Expert to lead technical projects, standardize applications, and improve availability across APAC. You will apply hands-on Java and .NET skills to deliver enhancements that drive efficiency and align with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure secure, scalable solutions, implement modern development practices, and optimize processes through automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in software application development and support, with hands-on Java and .NET.
• Strong expertise in APIs, cloud systems, security, DevOps, and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day applications support across APAC; ensure SLA compliance and proper handover and knowledge management.
• Lead and deliver technical projects; oversee enhancements, governance, security, architecture and change management processes.
• Develop and enforce standards for application architecture, coding, deployment; manage technology lifecycle including upgrades and cloud migration.
• Identify and address issues affecting availability and quality; lead incident management and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, vendors and IT teams to manage dependencies.
• Coordinate to implement and maintain security standards; oversee security reviews and remediations.
• Review performance test results and ensure deployment readiness; collaborate with teams to close gaps.
• Work with AMS vendors to ensure delivery quality; prioritize work and monitor progress and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and drive continuous improvement.
