Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Lead Application Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps, drive architecture discussions, and ensure quality, security, and compliance across delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in application development, with demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, with hands-on development experience.
• Experience working with ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, application development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration patterns.
• Proven experience managing and influencing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience leading technical design discussions, solution reviews, and development governance activities.
• Experience mentoring developers and driving capability development within teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading cross-functional teams.

• Lead, mentor, and guide development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, resolving technical and delivery challenges while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, agile methodologies, and automation to improve development efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance business value through innovation.
