Job Responsibilities

• Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.
• Perform Level 2 of production support.
• Perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition, development, and implementation.
• Understand the system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.
• Perform application health check and monitoring.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge in Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS) or Silverlake Integrated Card System (SICS).
• Possess technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control‑M and Connect Direct.
• Possess technical knowledge in design or support application servicing online channels using handler method and batch job execution in AS/400 subsystem, using Job Description, Job Queue, Data Queue or Message Queue setup.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and team player.
• 24 x 7 offsite standby support on rotational basis.
• A choice to work at Menara OCBC or Cyberjaya.
