Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS) or Silverlake Integrated Card System (SICS).
• Technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control‑M, and Connect Direct.
• Ability to perform application health checks and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.
• Perform Level 2 production support.
• Conduct problem investigation, identification, and solution implementation.
