Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in Semiconductor, 3C, or E&E industries is highly preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge of automation technologies with hands-on experience in PLC, Servo, Motion Control, Inverter.
• Knowledge of Motion Control, Positioning, Synchronization, Robotics, or related applications.
• Hands-on experience in Programming, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, and technical demos.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer engineers, R&D teams, and equipment managers to understand technical requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and propose automation solutions based on customer needs, including solution design and product selection.
• Conduct technical demos, POC, testing, and solution validation at customer sites.
• Support programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project implementation.
• Prepare technical proposals and support prototype and sample-machine validation.
• Work with Sales teams to convert technical opportunities into commercial projects.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle and ensure successful solution implementation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional technical support.
• Continuously develop knowledge of automation technologies and Inovance products.

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to support our growing business in the Semiconductor and 3C industries. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to engage with customers, understand their automation needs, identify new opportunities, and drive technical solutions from concept and product selection through Demo, testing, validation, and project implementation. You will work closely with customers and the Sales team to turn technical opportunities into successful business projects.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customer engineers, R&D teams, and equipment managers to understand their technical requirements and identify automation opportunities.

Develop and propose automation solutions based on customer needs, including solution design and product selection.

Conduct technical Demo, POC, testing, and solution validation at customer sites.

Support Programming, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, and project implementation.

Prepare technical proposals and support prototype and sample-machine validation.

Work closely with Sales teams to develop and convert technical opportunities into commercial projects.

Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle and ensure successful solution implementation.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional technical support.

Continuously develop knowledge of automation technologies, applications, and Inovance products.

About you

2–6 years of experience in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in Semiconductor, 3C, or E&E industries is highly preferred.

Solid technical knowledge of automation technologies, with hands-on experience in PLC, Servo, Motion Control, Inverter.

Knowledge or practical experience in Motion Control, Positioning, Synchronization, Robotics, or related applications.

Hands‑on experience in Programming, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, and technical Demo.

Good command of English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong sense of customer orientation, ownership, and teamwork.
