Job summary

INOVA AUTOMATION CO., LIMITED MALAYSIA REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE is expanding its regional team to accelerate sales of Inovance automation products across Southeast Asia, focusing on semiconductor and 3C equipment manufacturers. The role involves understanding customer demands and leading design-in initiatives with machine makers.

The candidate should have deep B2B sales experience in automation, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive multi-functional collaboration to meet ambitious

Qualifications

• 3–10 years B2B sales experience in semiconductor equipment, 3C equipment or industrial automation industry
• Direct working experience or existing customer resources with Machine Maker manufacturers
• Solid design-in project experience for industrial products
• Familiar with semiconductor front-end/back-end, packaging, testing and electronics manufacturing value chain
• Proficient in English for daily business communication
• Hands-on knowledge of Servo, Motion Control, PLC, Robot and Inverter automation products
• Existing customer resources with equipment manufacturers in China, Taiwan, Malaysia or Singapore

Responsibilities

• Drive Inovance automation products to be adopted into Machine Makers' standard BOM
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts in Southeast Asia
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver sales targets and expand industry influence
• Develop new Machine Maker customers in semiconductor & 3C sectors, continuously expand customer coverage
• Dig into customer application demands, lead design-in projects and promote product validation
• Manage full-cycle sales projects, including project tracking, commercial negotiation and contract closing
