Job summary

Inter-Enterprise Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a capable Application and Business Analyst to provide consulting services for customers, identify solutions by understanding requirements and researching options in our software products.

You will develop functional specifications, conduct software implementations with training, and manage project documentation. You will communicate with clients professionally, escalate issues when needed, and help drive projects to milestones and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent from a recognised Malaysian university.
• Experience in software implementations and business applications (HRMS, ERP, Accounting, Manufacturing) is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with clients, communicate effectively and manage workshops.

Project Management, project timeline and deliverables.

Understanding of project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies.

Conduct Project workshops, meetings, and ongoing project management for assigned software implementations.

Deliver implementation services as per the company’s implementation methodology.

Able to work outside your usual hours when required. (e.g. weekend, evening or public holiday)

Skills & Attributes:

Accountable and strong ownership in performing assigned tasks.

Understanding of client service philosophies

Knowledge of business practices and standard policies & procedures as they relate to the company's software products. Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems andthe Automotive Industry will be an added advantage

Proficient with personal computer tools, preferably Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Qualification:
