Job summary

Blackoak Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a functional consultant to implement and optimize ERP solutions for client organizations in Malaysia. You will work with clients to map their business processes, analyze requirements, and configure modules across O2C, P2P, SCM, and Manufacturing.

You will customize forms, migrate data, and ensure successful deployments through training and support. The role requires solid accounting knowledge, strong communication, and meticulous problem-solving to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience as a functional consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes
• In-depth knowledge of system modules and configuration options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
