Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Project Manager to lead global/local transitions and initiatives within Finance share services. You will drive project management practices, manage documentation, risk and governance, and partner with Sponsors, functional managers, and senior leaders to deliver business value.

The role requires 10+ years in transformation/migration/AI projects, strong communication, and proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with process transformation, migration, AI or automation implementations and process standardization initiatives
• Finance SSC experience in R2R, O2C and P2P
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence decision makers and motivate teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication to train and coach others
• Advanced skills in Google Suite or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Track overall project monitoring and support risk and efficiency reporting
• Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, risk register, governance, status reports)
• Capture lessons learned from completed projects and apply to future ones
• Identify and quantify process-improvement opportunities
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across a complex environment
• Plan, review, and communicate status of every project in the portfolio
• Coordinate internal/external resources to bring best practices to projects

The Project Manager supports global or local transition and project initiative, responsible for leading project management practices across finance share service activities. This Project Manager role will be responsible primarily for Finance projects and will be in charge of the execution through the use of project management tools with the aim of delivering business value.

Main Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager will track overall project monitoring, support reporting of risk and effi ciency.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk register, governance, project fi nancial and status reports.
• Capture lessons learned from completed projects and integrate them into future projects.
• Seek out and quantify process-improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders in a complex environment; work with Sponsors, respective functional managers, business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Organizes, plans, reviews, & communicates status of every project included in the portfolio.
• Networks with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with experience in process transformation, migration, AI or automation implementations and Process Standardization initiatives
• Adequate project management work experience related to finance share service process (R2R, O2C and P2P) required, minimum 8 years
• Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated skills to influence decision makes and motivate team members
• Excellent verbal/written communication skill is must to train and coach others
• Advanced skills in Google Suite (preferred) or MS office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project (is a plus)
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management certification is preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a strong plus
