Systems Limited is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in technology hiring across the APAC region. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source top tech talent, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills are required to drive successful hires. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and promoting employer branding at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment in IT services, consulting or technology industries.
• Experience hiring for software engineers, data engineers, cloud engineers, AI/ML engineers, solution architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networks, and headhunting.
• Evaluate technical, functional and cultural fit through structured screening.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Track metrics, maintain ATS records, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Promote employer branding and represent Systems Limited at events.
• Ensure recruitment activities align with policies, standards and diversity goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks across APAC.
