Job summary

UNISON Group is seeking an IT Recruiter to source, screen and place technology professionals for clients across Singapore and the region. You will work with hiring managers and candidates from diverse language and cultural backgrounds to deliver a fast, fair and high-quality hiring experience.

Responsibilities include translating needs into job specs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating offers and onboarding, and maintaining ATS records to ensure compliant, timely placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Knowledge of IT roles, technologies and market terminology.
• Strong spoken and written English; other languages helpful for regional clients.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet targets.
• Diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT candidates via portals, networks, referrals and Boolean search.
• Screen and interview candidates by phone, video and in person.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM and report on pipeline and placements.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and regional hiring guidelines.
