Job summary

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to lead innovative sourcing for RPO delivery across APAC. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and strengthen KellyOCG’s brand presence in the recruiting marketplace.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience (APAC preferred), with a proven ability to use social media and digital platforms to attract candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment (RPO preferred).
• 2–3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience, preferably APAC.
• Experience in talent sourcing across social media and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and provide innovative direction around talent and market trends.
• Evaluate market size and competitors and enhance KellyOCG’s thought leadership via social/digital platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recruitment requirements and internet utilization.
• Lead talent sourcing using social media, digital and mobile channels.
• Participate in teams related to candidate and customer attraction.
• Act as SME in the strategic process for key RPO accounts.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans through market research.
