OKX is searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our fast-paced, global team. You will advise stakeholders in Compliance Ops and Global Business Services, owning the end-to-end recruitment process for APAC, and building a strong talent pipeline with innovative sourcing strategies.

You will collaborate across regions, requiring fluency in English and business-level Mandarin, along with strong stakeholder management and an ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for APAC roles.
• Ability to own requisitions from initiation to completion.
• Strong analytical skills to improve candidate experience and pipeline quality.
• Proficient in English and business-level Mandarin for global collaboration.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers in Compliance Ops / Global Business Services, serving as a subject matter expert for the APAC talent market.
• Devise innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a robust pipeline.
• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for a seamless candidate experience.
• Drive internal and external promotion of the Employer Brand.
• Conduct market and industry mapping for assigned portfolios.
