OKX is searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our fast-paced, global team. You will advise stakeholders in Compliance Ops and Global Business Services, owning the end-to-end recruitment process for APAC, and building a strong talent pipeline with innovative sourcing strategies.

You will collaborate across regions, requiring fluency in English and business-level Mandarin, along with strong stakeholder management and an ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for APAC roles.
• Ability to own requisitions from initiation to completion.
• Strong analytical skills to improve candidate experience and pipeline quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for Compliance Ops / Global Business Services positions, showcasing ownership of requisitions from initiation to completion
• Proven ability to take initiative, achieve goals, and effectively manage multiple demands across different sales teams and projects
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate key hiring metrics, proposing actionable solutions to enhance the candidate experience and improve pipeline quality
• Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin, as the role involves collaboration with global, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with an ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace
