Job summary

Air Liquide’s ALBS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst, HR Services in Data Management. You will process service requests, maintain accurate employee data, and ensure privacy compliance while supporting reports and data transitions across HR systems.

You will collaborate with the HR Shared Services team, manage English and Korean stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc reporting to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM/BA or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in data management and reporting in a shared service center.
• Experience in HR-related projects.
• Strong English and Korean communication, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of HR systems; Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite.
• High discretion and confidentiality with employee data.
• Knowledge of data privacy acts and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests accurately within SLA.
• Update and validate employee data in HR systems.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with policies.
• Extract, import, and export data between systems.
• Generate standard reports on schedule; verify accuracy.
• Assist ad hoc report requests from customers.
• Support data quality initiatives and audits.
• Document requests and maintain SOPs and knowledge base.
