Job summary

Air Liquide’s ALBS in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Analyst, HR Services to manage data in HR systems, validate records, and generate reports. You will support data quality, privacy compliance, and ad‑hoc reporting while assisting in transition activities for standardized processes across SEA operations.

You will work closely with the Data and Reporting Team Lead in a shared services setup, with a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in data management and reporting in a shared services environment.
• Experience with HR projects and HR systems; Workday preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; Korean language skills required.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests accurately within SLA and targets.
• Update, validate, and maintain employee data across HR systems.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports; ensure accuracy before delivery.
• Document procedures and support continuous process improvements.
• Assist in transition activities to ensure standardized global processes.
