Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking an Analyst, HR Services (TA Administrator) to standardize and centralize our talent acquisition operations from the Kuala Lumpur hub. The role provides admin support across the APAC region, ensuring recruitment, compliance, and onboarding are executed seamlessly.

The incumbent will coordinate candidates, vendors, and regional HR teams to drive operational consistency, enhance the candidate experience, and support the global talent organization’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; 1–3 years in HR admin, talent acquisition coordination, or shared services.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems such as myHR; familiarity with service ticketing platforms and procurement software is desirable.
• Strong Office skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Upload and verify new hires’ documents in the HRIS (myHR).
• Move approved candidates to Ready for Hire to trigger onboarding.
• Process employment contracts and extensions via the HR platform.
• Coordinate local ID creation and access for new hires.
• Transition temporary staff to permanent roles and manage related documentation.
• Process candidate registrations securely in designated systems.
• Handle candidate reimbursements and service requests (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Coordinate global deployment of welcome kits and related POs.
