Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Business Development to lead regional growth across Asia Pacific for Food & Beverage Ingredients. You will shape go-to-market strategy for Value-Added Materials, drive revenue growth, and manage senior stakeholder relationships with customers and distributors.

You will guide cross-country sales initiatives, coach leaders, and design training to build regional capability.

Qualifications

8–10 years in food & beverage ingredients, technical sales, or business development.
Proven track record in regional sales leadership and B2B growth.
Strong knowledge of bakery, flour milling, wafer, biscuits and cookies, and noodles applications.
Experience across APAC markets, with strategic and key account management.
Ability to manage strategic customers, distributors, and regional accounts.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for internal and external stakeholders, representing the business at senior customer and partner level.
Direct and steer country-level sales projects and initiatives, aligning with regional priorities.
Coach country leaders on complex sales opportunities and key account activities.
Design and deliver training programmes for local sales and technical teams to build regional capability.
Drive adoption of commercial best practices across countries.
Own regional project pipeline governance with visibility, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
Chair monthly regional calls with country teams to review performance and align priorities.
Shape and own the regional segment strategy for F&B ingredients with clear KPIs and accountability.
Lead regular strategy reviews with countries and drive corrective action where needed.
Leverage industry analyses and market research to inform strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
Identify emerging application and service needs within F&B and shape the commercial response.
Influence product roadmap and innovation pipeline for new client pitches.
Lead onboarding of new regional clients and execution of product launches.
Partner with marketing to develop regional campaigns and digital content.
Serve as the voice for thought leadership at industry forums and content initiatives.
Build team capability through knowledge sharing and coaching.
