Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a Regional HR Director for APAC to lead the people agenda across multiple markets. You will shape organisational strategy, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive a high-performance culture aligned with the Group’s objectives.

This senior appointment requires strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational execution to influence senior stakeholders, lead HR transformation, and ensure people strategies support growth and profitability across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline; master’s degree an advantage.
• Typically 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, regional or multi-country leadership in APAC.
• Proven track record partnering with C-suite and senior leaders to shape strategy.
• Experience in organisational transformation, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Strong leadership presence with cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR strategy and partner with Regional CEO and country heads.
• Drive organisational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee talent management, leadership development, and succession planning across APAC.
• Manage executive compensation, incentives, and retention strategies with global stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Promote ethical leadership, diversity, and a performance-driven culture.
• Build HR capability, mentor regional HR teams, and ensure alignment across countries.
